Updates to the OBC Bylaws

The OBC Board is in the process of reviewing the club's bylaws with the intention of updating them over the next several months. The proposed changes will be made available to members in advance of any vote.  Members will have the opportunity to provide feedback on any of the bylaw changes and propose amendments.

We will make all of the proposed amendments available for review and download though this page as the process goes forward. For each proposed change, you will have access to a copy of the existing bylaw and a copy of the proposed changes.  Use the links below to access the documents.

The two bylaw changes that are being discussed are Article II: Mission Statement and Article VI: Nomination and Election of Officers.  A vote on these two Articles  is tentatively scheduled to take place at the OBC General Meeting on October 13th at Southwestern Yacht Club.
